- These subscribers are at the peak of engagement, having recently made a purchase and expecting brand interaction.
- Avoid offering discounts in communications with this group. Instead, focus on loyalty, new launches, and relationship-building content.

Create a Segment
You can create a dynamic Segment or many to treat Dataships contacts differently or to track performance. A full article on how to create a dynamic Segment is proved here from Attentive but below is an abridged version.
- Go Segments in the side navigation
- Click Create Segment
- Click Create for the Dynamic Segment option
- From the Choose Condition dropdown menu, select A subscriber's characteristics
- From the Choose characteristic dropdown menu, select one or more of the Dataships Custom Attributes (see table below for a list and explanation)
- Once happy, click Create
