How to view Privacy Center user activity and tool usage?

Get an overview of your Privacy Center usage directly in the Control Panel through the Reporting tab

To view your user activity and tool usage

1. Login to your Dataships Control Panel account here. 
2. Click Reporting from the menu bar. 
3. From the menu bar on the left, click on the All-Time Overview to see the following:
   1. Case Management - the total number of data subject requests that are completed and pending for your company. 
   2. Policy Page Views - see a breakdown of how many times each one of your policies have been viewed.
   3. Data Access Gateway Page Views - see the number of visits on each of the pages within the Data Access Gateway.
   4. Page Views - see the total number of page views by date.
   5. Banner Button Clicks - see how many people are clicking on the buttons on your Privacy Center banner.
   6. Actions and Events History - see how often you're getting data subject requests, broken down by time.
4. Browse through the other pages in Reporting menu to see the other historical records such as erasure requests and rectification history.
